Effective October 11, 2026
Porshny LLC makes games for players of all ages, including Sky Coins. This policy covers our games and the porshny.com and skycoins.app websites.
To remember your game, our apps save a few things on your own phone, tablet, or computer:
This stays in your device's own storage. It is never sent to us. To delete it, uninstall the app or clear the website's data in your browser.
When a game ends, we may send your score, the level reached, and a made-up "world name" (like "Brave Blue Falcon") to our server so it can appear on a public high-score list. World names are built only from the game's own word lists, so they can never contain a real name or anything personal. We don't store IP addresses or anything that identifies you. To stop sharing, turn off score sharing in the game's High Scores screen.
In-app purchases on iPhone are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive only whether the purchase succeeded, never your payment details. On the web, if you enter an unlock code it is sent to our server only to check whether it's valid; we don't keep it.
Our games are made for all ages, and plenty of kids and families play them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Any name typed in for a high score stays on the device and never leaves it.
Our sites and score server are hosted by Cloudflare, whose servers handle basic technical information like IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block attacks. We don't use this to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
